Introduction
Antigravity Investment Inc. (hereinafter “Antigravity”) operates Antigravityinvestments.com (hereinafter the “Website”). The following Privacy Policy outlines the privacy considerations enacted by Antigravity relating to the use of your personal information.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Antigravity collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Antigravity’s primary purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Antigravity’s visitors use its Website. From time-to-time, Antigravity may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Website. Antigravity also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses for logged in users. Antigravity only discloses logged-in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
Customer Information
Certain visitors to Antigravity’s Website choose to interact with Antigravity in ways that require Antigravity to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Antigravity gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, Antigravity asks visitors who sign up for an account on its Website to provide an email address. In this case, Antigravity collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Antigravity. Antigravity does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, though doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Antigravity discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Antigravity’s behalf or to provide services available at Antigravity’s Website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Antigravity’s Website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Antigravity discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Antigravity believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Antigravity, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of Antigravity’s Website and have supplied your email address, Antigravity may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Antigravity and our services. If you send Antigravity a request, Antigravity reserves the right to publish it in order to help Antigravity clarify or respond to your request or to help Antigravity support other users. Antigravity takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally-identifying information.
Potential Sale of Certain Non-Personally-Identifying Information
Antigravity gathers customers’ non-personally identifiable demographic information (the “Data”) in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. This Data includes the customers’ geographic location, gender, age range, income range, social media “friend” count or “followers” and level of education. This Data is appended to the trades customers make in order to create a marketing-data information product that may be used for any purpose. This includes selling the Data to financial services and/or other companies that typically use this Data in their businesses to evaluate and tailor their client relations programs and marketing efforts and better understand customer behavior and improve their products, services, and advertising.
Aggregated Statistics
Antigravity may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on its Website. Antigravity may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Antigravity does not disclose personally identifying information other than as described herein.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Antigravity uses cookies to help Antigravity identify and track visitors, their usage of the Website, and their website access preferences. Antigravity visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Antigravity’s Website, with the drawback that certain features of Antigravity’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Your Rights as a California Resident
Residents of California have the right to request from us certain information with respect to the types of personally identifying information we share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. Your request should specify your full name and the email address you used when submitting personal information to us.
Your Rights as a Vermont Resident
We do not share nonpublic personal financial information we collect about Vermont residents to non-affiliated third parties except for our everyday business purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. If you wish to revoke any authorization to share your nonpublic personal financial information, which you have provided to us by entering into our customer agreement, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note, however, that we will not be able to provide you with services through Antigravity without the ability to share this financial information.
International Visitors
This Service is hosted in the United States. If you are an international visitor, you should note that by providing your personal information, you are: (i) permitting the transfer of your personal information to the United States which may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you reside; and (ii) permitting the use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy Changes
Antigravity reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. When Antigravity does, Antigravity will let you know by appropriate means such as by posting the revised policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted unless indicated otherwise. Antigravity encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
